Self Invested Personal Pension PDF Print E-mail
Self Invested Personal Pension’s are more commonly known as SIPP’s. SIPP’s are designed for people who want to take more control of their pension fund by choosing how their money is invested. This greater flexibility is a key advantage for experienced investors.

SIPP’s also offer a much wider investment choice than Personal Pensions or Stakeholder Pensions, although charges can be higher. Not only can you select from a huge range of funds like any other pension, but you can also choose other investments such as individual UK and overseas stocks and shares, unit trusts, investment trusts and Open Ended Investment Companies (OIECs).

You can also hold bonds, gilts and even cash within your SIPP. Depending on the pension provider, you can directly invest in commercial properties including shops and offices.

Investing in commercial property is our most frequent enquiry when discussing SIPPs. Linked to our experience in commercial property mortgages, we have helped many people utilise their pension fund and purchase commercial property.

We provide free preliminary discussion on pensions. Please contact us to arrange a meeting or to discuss your requirements.
